There are three bedrooms, two with en-suite plus a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed,and flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms are both twin bedded.
A large lounge has views to the front and rear with leather settees and armchairs, a double bed settee, flat screen TV with "Freesat HD" and DVD player. There are boardgames and books available for guests to enjoy on cooler days, relaxing in front of the electric log effect wall fire.For extra seating the Gallery area has cosy seating for two and looks out onto open fields.
The kitchen/diner has access to the rear patio area and a large dining table to seat eight guests. It is fully equiped with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. The large patio has comfortable wooden tables and chairs for al fresco dining during the Summer.
One small obedient dog is welcome and must be kept on a lead in all communal areas.
