On the ground floor there are three bedrooms plus a separate family bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king-size double bed,TV/VCR and en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom has a single bed plus three foot bunk beds suitable for children, and is home to a collection of soft toys.
The third bedroom offers twin beds which can be joined together to make a double if required (single duvets only).
Upstairs is the open plan living area, consisting of a large kitchen, dining room and lounge plus a separate cloakroom with WC and tumble dryer.
The kitchen is well stocked and includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The dining area has a large table to accommodate up to eight people, while the lounge has three comfortable sofas, TV/VCR/DVD player and music centre plus a selection of books and games.
The lounge's French windows lead out onto a balcony, which provides excellent views of the tennis courts and grounds, with a glimpse of the sea from the other side of the house.
Our intention has been to provide a home-from-home next to the sea, so it's good to see so many familiar names returning to stay in our apartment.
