The Country Club Apartments 2007
All rentals start on Saturdays unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are per apartment, on a weekly basis, in £ sterling.

Price Groupings

Group A are more spacious than group B. The Houses at Sanctuary Court offer larger accommodation and are priced individually. Short breaks are available for a maximum of four nights at 75% of the weekly rate.

Electricity & Services are included. Bed linen and towels are provided Travel cot available on request Star ratings shown are awarded by the national Tourist Board.

Fully Equipped

All apartments and houses are self contained and fully fitted including, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. We regret that apartments are not suitable for wheelchair access. Storage for bicycles on site.

Located on the first floor this well furnished apartment has two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and the second room has twin beds.
There is also a seperate family bathroom.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
There are sea views from the comfortable lounge/dining room which has TV/DVD, Hi-Fi with CD player, MP3 connection, CD's, books and games.

This apartment on the top floor has the one of the best sea views in Thorpeness.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the second has twin beds (2ft 6" wide).
The fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, and a large dining table.
The sunny lounge has comfortable furnishings and TV, the French windows open onto a small balcony that overlooks the beach.

4 Bell Lodge
( two floors )
Spread over two floors, this house provides accommodation for up to seven people.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms plus a seperate family bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king-size double bed,TV/VCR and en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom has a single bed plus three foot bunk beds suitable for children, and is home to a collection of soft toys.
The third bedroom offers twin beds wich can be joined together to make a double if required (single duvets only).
Upstairs is the open plan living area, consisting of a large kitchen, dining room and lounge plus a seperate cloakroom with WC and tumble dryer.
The kitchen is well stocked and includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The dining area has a large table to accommodate up to eight people, while the lounge has three comfortable sofas, TV/VCR/DVD and music centre plus a selection of videos, DVDs, books and games.
The lounge's French windows lead out onto a balcony, which provides excellent views of the tennis courts and grounds, with a glimpse of the sea from the other side of the house.

Our intention has been to provide a home-from-home next to the sea, so it's good to see so many familiar names returning to stay in our apartment-Pat and Graham, the owners.

2 Bell Lodge
( two floors)
This house has not been available in previous years.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite. The second room has twin beds. Both bedrooms have white furniture and shuttered windows.
On the first floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen.
The lounge is very comfortable, with a wrought iron day bed and a sofa that folds down into a double bed, TV and DVD. The French windows open onto a balcony that overlooks the tennis courts and gardens.

The house has a mediterranean seaside feel and will particulary appeal to couples.

This apartment is very popular with families and has two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.The second bedroom has twin beds and there is also a second bathroom.
A double sofa bed in the lounge accommodates extra guests. The lounge/dining room has French windows that open onto a furnished sun deck which overlooks the tennis courts.
There is a TV and DVD, video and CD player. Books, games, CD's and films are also supplied.
The fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
You can see the beach from the kitchen which is only accross the road.

Tennis. With the exception of July and August tennis is free to residents. During July and August either full or temporary membership is available. Social Membership for The Country Club is included in the cost of accommodation. The club is open from mid July until the end of August. Golf. Guests attract 20% discount at all times. A handicap certificate is mandatory.The Hotel is open to the public and guests are welcome to use the facilities.

Apartment Keys should be collected from The Hotel Reception after 4pm. Checkout is 9.30am. Pets. Dogs are permitted in certain apartments provided they are well behaved and not left unattended during the day. They are not permitted in the grounds. Any damage or extra cleaning is charged for.

Booking Conditions. A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total rent is payable on booking. The balance must be paid no later than 28 days before arrival. Bookings made less than 28 days before arrival will pay the full amount on booking. In the event of cancellation after the full payment the guest remains responsible for the full rent. You are advised to arrange holiday insurance. We act as letting agents for the properties. The ultimate responsibility rests with the property owners. The descriptions are made in good faith but as agents we will not be held responsible for any changes made by the owners without notifying us. The contracting parties are the owners and the guest, not the letting agents. If the owner is prevented by circumstances beyond his/her control from making the property available and cannot provide a suitable alternative he/she will refund all rent pre-paid to the guest.

Apartments should be left clean and tidy as you would wish to find them yourself. Guests are advised to read our full Terms and Conditions accompanying the booking form. E&OE.
